I am currently the executive manager at Levy Kaufmann-Kohler, a boutique law firm based in Geneva and specialized in international arbitration. I am in charge of financial management, human resources and the IT department. I joined the law firm at its establishment, in late 2007. The company tripled in size in only a few years. This rapid growth faced me with fascinating challenges on many different levels, be it financial, such as exchange rate risk management and cash flow issues, or change management including company culture monitoring, or others like IT capacity and office expansion. This position has brought me solid experience in administrative organization and a thorough insight in a company’s business operations, including short- and long-term strategy.
Prior to my current job, I was a legal administrative assistant for five years at the International Arbitration department of another, larger Geneva based law firm.
