Hi, I am Jessica Mattsson Fargnoli, I am a career coach.

My mission is to help mid-career women discover purpose and meaning in their working life because I wholeheartedly believe that all women can discover their true passion – even if it is later in life.

I guide my clients through each phase of their career transformation journey, starting with identifying the obstacles that prevent them from making a professional change, then clarifying what they really, really want to do. Once it has been done, we work together on their personal brand. Ultimately, we create a strategic roadmap so the change can actually happen.

Through these four steps, my clients discover new possibilities, they get a whole new, empowered vision of their working situation which allows them to confidently become literally whatever they want to, be it in the corporate world or as entrepreneurs.

Prior to being a coach, I spent 20 years in the legal field, developing administrative strategies and overseeing business operations in a then newly created and quickly expanding law firm. Thanks to my insight in HR procedures and in particular my experience in recruitment, I saw a need for women, especially women in their mid-careers, to get help learning to manage their careers and build self-confidence. This is why I decided to transition into coaching.
