Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1st April 2025

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and participation in coaching services offered by Jessica Mattsson Fargnoli (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By purchasing and participating in my coaching programs, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

I offer coaching services, primarily online but also in person where applicable. My programs may include one-on-one coaching sessions and other resources tailored to your personal and/or professional development.

2. Payment Terms

Coaching services are generally sold as a one-time payment. In the future, a payment plan option may be introduced. All payments must be completed before the start of the coaching sessions.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a payment fails, you are responsible for updating your payment method promptly.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

I do not offer refunds or accept cancellations for coaching services. However, a free 30-minute introductory call is available to assess mutual compatibility before we commit and proceed.

By purchasing, you acknowledge this policy and agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

4. Rescheduling and Missed

If you book a one-on-one session, you may reschedule it with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior notice will be forfeited. If I need to reschedule, I will provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative time.

5. Results Disclaimer

I make no guarantees about any specific coaching outcomes as a result of coaching.Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your personal effort, background, and circumstances. The Program is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for legal, medical, therapeutic, or financial advice.

6. Confidentiality

I respect your privacy and will keep all personal information shared during sessions confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership of Materials

All content provided as part of my programs – including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, worksheets, templates, digital products, slides, text, emails, workbooks, course modules, and any downloadable or viewable materials (“Program Content”) – is the exclusive property of Manage With Jessica Sàrl or licensed to me.

All rights are reserved.

8.2 Trademark Notice

“Manage With Jessica™” is a registered trademark of Manage With Jessica Sàrl.
This includes all variations, logos, taglines, and the hashtag #managewithjessica.

You may not use my trademark, name, brand elements, or any confusingly similar mark in connection with any product, service, business, social media content, or advertising without my written permission.

8.3 License of Use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the Program Content for your own personal development only.

You are not permitted to:

  • copy, share, or distribute any Program Content
  • publish or post Program Content online
  • sell, resell, or commercially exploit any content
  • record sessions or calls (unless explicitly permitted)
  • remove copyright or trademark notices
  • use my coaching materials to train clients, create your own programs, or build competing products
  • copy recipes, meal formats, or unique service concepts from my food services (if applicable)

Any violation may result in termination of access without refund and legal action.

8.4 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • share login access with others
  • upload Program Content to any platform
  • modify, translate, or create derivative works
  • use my content or frameworks in your own coaching
  • replicate my brand identity, methodology, or trainings
  • use #managewithjessica in a misleading or commercial way

8.5 Reporting Misuse

If you become aware of unauthorized use of my content, brand name, or trademark, you agree to notify me at:

9. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology to participate in my coaching programs, including a stable internet connection and access to required platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, compatible browsers, but not limited to these).

10. Contract Formation

This Agreement becomes binding upon confirmation of your purchase, either through full or partial payment.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Swiss law.

12. Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) Agreement

These services are currently offered to individual consumers (B2C). If you are purchasing as a business client (B2B), you acknowledge that consumer protection laws may not apply. Additional terms may be introduced for B2B services in the future.

13. Amendments

I reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance when applicable.
